Joe Gibbs Retires…Again
After a difficult season that saw him face the tragic loss of one of his players, Joe Gibbs will no longer coach the Redskins. Gibbs, who showed great leadership in turning his teams season around after Sean Taylor’s murder, also made his share of mistakes since returned to the Redskin’s sideline and had made many fans question his ability to adapt to today’s game. Gibbs is already a Hall-of-Famer, and this is a good time to do this. He did a good job toward the end of this season keeping his team together and focused and can go out with his legacy as a coach strongly intact. He will return to Joe Gibbs Racing full-time.
