Did I Miss Something? Steven A. Smith On CNN?
At exactly what point did Steven A. Smith’s political views become noteworthy enough for him to be on CNN, debating whether or not Barak Obama did enough to distance himself from the words of his pastor?
I must have slipped, fell, and hit my head or something. Wait, no, The Big Lead has it right here.
Steven A. talking about politics, reminds me that it was Smith who said the following”
“And when you look at the internet business, what’s dangerous about it is that people who are clearly unqualified get to disseminate their piece to the masses.
If you take that quote for what it’s worth, one would have to wonder what exactly qualified Smith to be on CNN discussing Obama. I just wanted him to break out into a:
“O MY GOD!, OBAMA IS TERRIBLE, THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IS TERRIBLE!

I thought McCain’s speech yesterday was amazing. I completely agree with John McCain’s repudiation of Glenn Beck for torturing and killing all those dogs (pit bulls). Of course, some pundits are bound to say McCain didn’t go far enough, or that he really didn’t distance himself from Beck. But I disagree: it was an excellent speech.
