I can feel good about posting this crash, because NASCAR driver Michael McDowell apparently escaped serious injury after going airborne while trying to qualify for the Samsung 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.
Race car drivers must be made of the same material as Gumby, because if I’m in that kind of an accident, there’s no question as to whether I walk away or not; the only question is whether I’m going in a paper bag or a plastic one.
