Anderson Silva is a badass, and in case you didn’t know; now you know.  The first round of this fight was close, but in the second round Silva went through Dan Henderson like he was an afterthought.

Since I had to take the last round down here’s some video of Silva spazzing out instead:

Big fight tonight for the UFC tonight at UFC 82.  Middleweight Champion, Anderson “The Spider” Silva defends against Dan Henderson who was the Pride Champion when Pride was purchased by UFC.  Silva is being groomed to become the face of UFC and you know that UFC main man Dana White is pulling for Silva to win this fight.  If the Pride guy comes in and knocks off your best guy it would have to feel like a kick in the nuts.  White is confident about Silva though, telling the LA Times:

“If Anderson walks through Dan Henderson, this guy is our Mike Tyson,” UFC President Dana White said this week.

If he’s talking about the Mike Tyson that used to scare other fighters until they peed their pants and fell down 30 seconds into the fight that’s a good thing.  If he’s talking about the Mike Tyson that raped beauty queens, bit people’s ears off, and threatened to eat children, then that’s a bad thing.

I’m not huge into MMA, but I know a badass when I see one and the fact that this is going to bring Kimbo Slice to TV is good enough for me.  They probably feed him baby rabbits.  Live baby rabbits.  That he washes down with kerosene.

Kimbo is the MMA version of Tyson back in the day.  Once someone who can really fight gets in with him he’s probably going to lose, but until then he could just yell “BOO” at me and I’m pretty sure that all of my internal organs would stop working.  At once.

Once again, this is old. Once again I do not care. It was far more satisfying than watching Kimbo destroy Tank Abbott.

Seriously, bad sex lasts longer than this match did.  Brock put up a good fight, but in the end “it happens to lots of guys”

Brock Lesnar tapped out in the first round to a Frank Mir leg-lock.

Lesnar needs to find a sport and stick to it.  He spent a minute in pro wrestling, had a cup of coffee in the NFL, and now he got beat in UFC right out the gate.  Maybe he could go old-school and wrestle a bear or something.  Or maybe he’ll go Dwayne Johnson and make an uplifting Disney movie with a child or a dog.  Or maybe he should go back to wrestling.
